    • Wound care


    • Pain management

    • After-surgery care


    • The transition from hospital care

  • GAPP Services

    Georgia Pediatric Program is a Medicaid program for medically-qualified children under the age of 20 years and 11 months. We are a part of GAPP so that we can aid parents in assisting their child's everyday needs. If you qualify for GAPP services we can provide skilled and unskilled care as a part of this program.

GAPP is not a waiver service. Your child will be able to receive services immediately following service approval. Intake and evaluation can typically take up to 30 days for service approval. Parents are involved with the development of their child's service plan of treatment along with any service goals.
